Things have just gotten worse and worse since LJ Strikethru - GJ's servers were not prepared for the mass of LJ refugees, and I've had enough of using a server that doesn't work and dealing with admin who act first, alert later and don't seem to give a flying fuck about their user base whatsoever. I've been so busy with work, etc. It didn't help that the files were all on Em's computer and not mine. Oops. So: Con pictures - cropped, rotated, resized, etc. Anyone see themselves and want the non-resized version, let me know. Also, if there's something I've labeled incorrectly, if you want your name added to a file, or if I didn't know a character/fandom and you do, feel free to leave a comment. Thanks. Somehow these got....somewhat out of order. Sorry. These are probably decently larged - most are resized with a width of 500px on a very large, high-resolution laptop. As such, those of you with dialup, or no desire to wait for a shitload of pictures to load should probably avoid this entry. I'll be making a second entry for the Resident Evil photoshoot if there are are enough good pictures - I haven't looked at all of them yet. I really adore our new friends...Oh, Rikkai Service, pls happen right nau, thx. I was so worried that not being able to afford badges or hotel rooms would mean con would suck. I would just like to take the time to thank Google and Tenimyu for making this one of the best cons ever. I had so much fun on Saturday, seriously. I hope I can find the picture Naruto took of us vollying the ball back and forth in front of the elevators. That was so fun. XD I'm ignoring the fact that I'll realize con is over pretty soon. Maybe it won't hit me as soon - I don't have the empty hotel to look down at from my room this year...That's always so depressing to walk downstairs or to pack up and see how empty everything is, and everyone leaving. That won't happen this year. |

His main specialties are in piano and violin, but I'll take a variety of reccomendations. If you have the MP3, even better.What I'm looking for is classical music, but of a darker sound. I don't want anything light, airy, or cheerful. Beethoven's "Moonlight Sonata" should give you a place to start; I've found I really like that. Something in that vein would be appreciated, but I won't reject anything else you have, either. |

Now I'm just going to go through my memories and see if there's anything else worth moving over to this journal as a backup. I won't be deleting my LJ. I'm just not that hardcore. I'll probably still use it for communties; downloading fandom stuff and whatnot, but I don't imagine I'll update it except one last time to say I've moved. So expect a little more spam before I'm done....and then it will be icons time. Oh dear god. I was bored and wanted them all in one place. *shrugs* Some of these are now dead because I didn't upload them to my own server space.
